And then there were 3.  This one was spur of the moment.  Michael thought it would be good to do an overview of my gear for the upcoming McNaughton Park 100 mile run.  Excuse Michael’s comment that it will be a quick one.  We’re talking about gear, how can we keep that short?!?!

Episode 2 - These are my shoes...
Wednesday, April 02, 2008 7:30 PM

Here’s Episode 2! We figured with the feedback we had got from some of the folks newer to the sport that instead of just a straight up shoe review we would try to explain choosing the right shoe for the job. We also covered some other considerations when it comes to running ultras… and be warned not all of them are shoe related.

Episode 1 - An Experiment of One... Indeed
Wednesday, April 02, 2008 7:22 PM

Well, we did it!  After several months of talking about getting one of these going we actually got out the camera, the mics, and made it happen.  It was all off the cuff and as we discuss during the show we kept editing at a minimum, but there is some, can you find it?

In Episode 1 we cover some of the basics of "what is ultrarunning," introduction of the hosts, and discuss what we envision for future shows.
